An electrically charged filter with exceptional filtration capability
The Velco filter is proven to be the most effective supply air filter on the market. It filters out pollen completely and remarkably prevents the entry of dangerous fine particles into indoor air.
These filters are manufactured using patented Filtrete™ filter material from 3M. The exceptional filtration capability of these filters is derived from the electric charge applied to the material's fibers. This electrically charged filter attracts even microscopic particles, capturing them tightly within the filter fibers. According to studies conducted by Technical Research Centre of Finland, Velco filters are shown to effectively filter particles as small as below 1 μm. Thanks to the material and open frame structure, the airflow resistance is minimized, allowing air to flow efficiently through the filter and into indoor spaces.
The filter material is made from moisture-resistant polypropylene (PP). The fiber is highly resistant to heat and repels water. The material has successfully passed several fire tests by authorities. Its efficiency has proven excellent in all conditions, ranging from -40°C to +90°C.

The Velco filter has successfully passed numerous independent tests. In a filter comparison conducted by VTT, it secured the top position among the tested filters. Compared to filters from other manufacturers, it was found to be over six times more efficient at filtering impurities.
Fine particles (< 2.5 μm):
Emissions from wood burning and vehicle exhaust, fly ash from energy plants, direct particle emissions from industrial processes, transport of particles from forest and wildfires.
Inhalable coarse particles (2.5-10 μm):

Replace regularly!
By regularly changing the filters, you ensure good indoor air quality. The appropriate replacement interval for the filters depends on the location of the building. For instance, heavy traffic areas and areas with high pollen-producing trees accelerate filter contamination. The filter should be replaced as needed, which is usually when its color has noticeably darkened, approximately twice a year.
Always pay attention to selecting the correct filter, as using aftermarket filters can compromise ventilation performance and indoor air quality.
